Celebrating M. Jean-Claude Vrinat of Taillevent

This column only English, because so few Italian will have dined at

Taillevent (in Paris) on M. Vrinat époque. Our international Society,

at least 50 times in around 20 years. Plus some dinners at Chateau

Taillevent-Robuchon in Tokyo. Really most beautiful gourmet experience,

cuisine and wine perfectly matched. Maybe sometime food had not top

score, but top restaurant level with no doubt. An academy of French

style and gourmandise. With Le Gavroche in London, best service in

the world. Our members have an incredible portrait of M. Vrinat.

Reservation for lunch, M. Vrinat at the reception: “I just arrived from

Tokyo, I was just there to check something at the Chateau and back.

I got the best fly back to don’t miss lunch service. I have to be here for

my customers”. Thanks a lot great Gentleman.
