Feeling and missionwww.gastrosophia.it take place in 2007 as first ethic independent observer on food and wine global world. Respect of Nature (no contemporary marketing of "environment"), for stuff that trough cuisine must become authentic food. The observatory is based in Italy, homeland of great food and wine. Any advertising is accepted (no commercial banners). Farms or wineries can be showed just to underline their effort to ethic quality. Work of www.gastrosophia.it can be checked by anyone. Farms and wineries with any ethic feeling are asked to spare delivery of samples. For welcome samples a report will be written and published.
